Hmm what could be better than a simple breakfast such as creamy avo on health bread. Top it off with a fried or boiled egg to take it up a notch and add a bit of extra protein.

Ingredients
1⁄4 medium avocado, mashed
1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
Pinch of flaky sea salt (or Himilayan salt)
Preparation

Spread avocado on toast. Top with seasoning and salt.
