Hmm what could be better than a simple breakfast such as creamy avo on health bread. Top it off with a fried or boiled egg to take it up a notch and add a bit of extra protein.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 medium avocado, mashed 

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted 

  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning 

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt (or Himilayan salt)

Preparation

Step 1 Spread avocado on toast. Top with seasoning and salt.
